Responsibilities

• Achieve personal targets and drive sales through upselling and plans.
• Promote Diamond Parties and events with every customer.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and support peers.
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting jewelry and settings.
• Operate POS, process payments, and handle credit authorizations.
• Attend monthly meetings and participate in inventory processes.
• Perform housekeeping, display maintenance, and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
