Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets for jewelry and protection plans.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Build life-long connections with clients through clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting mounts/settings.
• Process payments via POS and handle credit authorization.
• Inspect and clean jewelry; provide repair estimates.
• Maintain merchandising displays and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory, case counts, and loss prevention policies.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
