Job summary

Macy's Fine Jewelry in New Jersey is looking for a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Jewelry and Watch Complex, helping customers find perfect pieces and creating welcoming experiences.

You will showcase knowledge of precious metals, gemstones and luxury brands, build client relationships through consultative selling and loyalty programs, and support events and inventory management to uphold presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of luxury jewelry, metals and gemstones preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry and watches, offering personalized service.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and process transactions.
