Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy/attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and drive store metrics.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with customers.
• Work with teammates to meet store goals and support each other.
• Provide product knowledge on jewelry cuts and settings.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credit authorization.
• Attend required monthly meetings.
• Follow receiving, processing, and merchandising procedures.
• Maintain safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Perform basic housekeeping and display upkeep.
• Participate in inventory and case counts.
