JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to become the resident expert in our Fine Jewelry area and educate customers on the merchandise’s value and benefits.

You will engage customers to understand needs, present attributes, and drive sales while supporting store inventory and operating processes with a positive, proactive attitude. Compensation includes commission-based earnings and store benefits.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – engage customers, determine needs, and help decisions; inform on key attributes to generate interest and build clientele; support iCAP program.
• General Operations – assist in inventory processes, transfers, returns, and stock accuracy; maintain organized sales floor.
• Performance Standards – support shrink/safety initiatives and meet performance targets including sales, service, and attendance.
