JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident guru around all things Fine Jewelry in the store. You know these products inside and out and educate customers on how merchandise can enrich their lives.

In this role you will drive sales through expert product knowledge, participate in inventory and store operations, and uphold performance standards including iCAP and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to educate customers on Fine Jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Approaches customers to assess needs and guide purchases of Fine Jewelry.
• Participates in inventory, transfers, returns, and stock accuracy for the store.
• Supports performance standards and iCAP, meeting sales, service, and attendance targets.
