Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking an experienced Fine Grade Dozer Operator to support site grading, mass excavation, mainline pipe installation, and processed water projects in heavy civil construction.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience operating bulldozers for fine grading, with GPS machine control experience preferred. The role supports major infrastructure work and requires safety compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating bulldozers for fine grading.
• GPS machine control experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soil conditions, compaction, and grading tolerances.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers for fine grading to meet project specs.
• Assist on mass excavation, pipe installation, and treated water projects.
• Use GPS machine control when available or grade manually to tolerances.
• Read plans, grade stakes, and laser levels for precise elevations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and earthmoving crews for site prep.
• Inspect equipment daily, perform maintenance, and report issues.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA regulations.
