Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary management experience in upscale / fine dining.
• Proven ability to lead back-of-house teams and maintain quality.
• Strong cost control, inventory, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with hands-on leadership and example-driven management
• Assist Executive Chef in managing back-of-house staff and training
• Meet or exceed labor and cost targets through planning and execution
• Oversee inventories and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain sanitation and OSHA-compliant work areas
