Job summary

Four Seasons New Orleans is seeking an experienced sommelier to lead wine service for dinner in our fine dining outlet. You will advise guests on wine pairings, manage weekly inventory, and ensure accurate storage and presentation of wines.

You will train F&B staff on wine knowledge, collaborate with the restaurant team, and curate a wine list aligned with seasonal menus. Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equiv. hospitality education preferred.
• Sommelier certification and strong wine knowledge required.
• Excellent English communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert wine experience during dinner service and advise on wine pairings.
• Supervise daily wine service, inventory, and storage standards.
• Train staff on wine knowledge and responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
