We are looking for a dynamic Fine Dining Manager for an iconic resort situated in a remote, mountainous rural setting in New Mexico. A successful candidate is a fine dining expert with a passion for maintaining and further developing an already amazing culture.

Fine Dining Manager Requirements

• Ability to live and thrive in an outdoor destination location
• Willing to lead with an ownership mentality, demonstrating a hands-on approach
• Effective communicator that can make complicated issues understandable
• Driver’s License, Food Handler Cert and NM Alcohol Servers License
• Ability to see the big picture and manage the small details, as well as legal operating compliances
• Three+ years in the resort dining industry with a progressive resume and 21 years old minimum
• Confident and skillful, partnering and elevating
