Schulte Hospitialty Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, NH. You will train staff, supervise service, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on leadership and guest service. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; post high school degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage front of house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve goals of the food & beverage operation.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages and uphold safety/health standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Participate in the MOD program as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Providing training, direction, supervision and hands on support
• Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation
• Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensures all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistently met
• Hire and Train service staff
• Ensure, direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll
• Participates in MOD program as needed
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED, post high school education and degree preferred
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Team player
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
• Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
