Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is hiring servers for Ruthie's Steak & Seafood in Bonner, MT. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and provide attentive, refined service to create a memorable fine dining experience.

Requirements include 18+, basic math, excellent communication, knowledge of wine and up-selling, and prior restaurant serving experience. Schedule offers pay between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills and dining room knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Wine, beverage and basic food knowledge incl. wine service and up-selling.
• Restaurant serving experience required; fine-dining experience a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and inform guests of specials or recommendations.
• Operate the Micros terminal, collect payments, and make change.
• Take orders and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar.
• Monitor the dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Perform side work at shift start and end.
• Assist other servers during peaks in delivering food and guest requests.
• Operate POS to place orders and print checks.
• Maintain clean service areas at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
