Job summary

Riverside Country Club in Bozeman, MT is seeking motivated servers for a seasonal role with potential for year-round employment. Positions are part-time or full-time, with Sundays and Tuesdays required and am/pm shifts.

You will be the face of our dining experience, delivering exceptional service to members and guests. Responsibilities include memorizing menus, wine and cocktail knowledge, proper wine service, POS use, reservations, and maintaining health standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• RServing certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to RCC members and guests.
• Learn and memorize food menus, signature cocktails, beer, and wine selections.
• Provide proper wine bottle service.
• Obtain and maintain RServing (Responsible Serving) certification.
• Operate the Jonas POS point-of-sale system.
• Answer the phone and take dining reservations.
• Handle a cash bank accurately.
• Adhere to all health code and RCC cleaning procedures.
• Expand food and beverage knowledge to answer member and guest questions.
