The Center Club in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Server - Fine Dining to provide attentive service, knowledge of the menu and wine, and handle guests' requests in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, hospitality, and teamwork to ensure a superior dining experience for members and guests.

Part-time position requiring availability for weekends and evenings, with opportunities to learn menu details and wine service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years experience in fine dining.
• Knowledge of wine and wine service skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Consistent positive attitude, spirit of teamwork, and ability to provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members.
• Job Hours: Part-Time, Weekends, and Evenings.
• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Experience: 3+ year experience in fine dining.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks.
• Stay updated on current menu choices and food preparation details.
• Welcome and attend to guests promptly.
• Communicate specific customer needs to the Chefs.
• Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and stand 8-12 hours
• Properly open and pour wine at the tableside.
• Perform other duties as assigned
