Qualifications

• Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• State or local alcohol service permits or ServSafe Alcohol required.
• State or local food service certifications (e.g., Food Handlers Card, ServSafe) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and service protocols.
• Ability to remain calm, poised and professional under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a polished appearance and grooming standards.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization and sanitation in all service areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Suggest food and beverage pairings including wine and cocktails.
• Open, present and pour wine to fine dining standards.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Perform tableside service, coursed meals and wine service with precision.
• Take and deliver orders accurately following timing and coursing standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, resetting and crumb management.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive, attentive service.
• Address guest concerns with discretion, empathy and urgency.
