Job summary

Webster's Bistro is seeking a part-time server to provide friendly, responsive service and create a memorable dining experience for guests in North Tonawanda, NY. You will promote the brand, observe guest satisfaction, and address concerns with courtesy.

Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beers, and the ability to explain menu items and cooking methods are valued. You will prepare tables and handle opening/closing tasks per checklists, working as a strong team player with excellent communication

Qualifications

• 3-5 years service experience in casual/fine dining.
• Ability to know and understand full menus (food and beverage).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests.
• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand of Webster's Bistro.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Prepare tables for dining, including setting up linens, silverware, china and glassware.
• Complete opening and closing tasks per checklists.
