Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.
• Collect payments from guests and prepare checks including tax.
• Check guests’ identification to ensure alcohol service compliance.
• Take food or beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Explain menu items and daily specials to guests, making informed recommendations.
