Job summary

The Cliffs is seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in Marietta. You will be a crucial link in delivering exceptional guest service, with a focus on wine knowledge and fine dining standards.

Responsibilities include describing menu items, collaborating with staff, and maintaining a guest-first approach. Applicants should have at least 1+ year serving experience in a quality club/hotel/restaurant and hold or be able to obtain an Alcohol Safe Service Certificate within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years serving experience in a quality club/hotel/restaurant.
• Must possess and maintain a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate or complete approved alcohol training within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of fine wines and ability to describe menu items.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-first mentality.
• Experience with using computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and hospitality.
• Accurately describe menu items and wine selections to Members.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and respond to requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth service.
• Willing to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
