Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant serving experience.
• Experience in upscale, fine-dining, or high-volume environments is preferred.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and excellent guest-service skills.
• Ability to describe menu items, make recommendations, and manage multiple tables.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Greet tables promptly and create genuine connections with guests.
• Guide guests through the menu with confident recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and desserts.
• Ask every table about allergies and dietary restrictions, and enter orders accurately into the handheld POS.
• Maintain responsibility for tables from greeting to final payment and ensure proper table maintenance.
