Hotel Granduca Houston is seeking a dedicated Server to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience reflecting the highest standards of service, etiquette, and culinary knowledge. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu items and ensure accuracy throughout service.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in hotel, country club, or fine dining, strong English communication, and Toast POS experience. Spanish is a plus; the role requires attentiveness and poise in busy settings.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel, country club or fine dining environment.
• Thorough knowledge in POS systems to process guest orders and payments.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage and connect with guests.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests while maintaining privacy and comfort.
• Know all food and beverage items, make informed recommendations, and accommodate dietary requests.
• Set tables to the hotel's standards with precise placement of items.
• Serve food and beverages gracefully and manage pacing of service.
• Accurately record orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar to fulfill requests.
• Upsell premium items and exclusive wine selections with tact.
