Job summary

Genesis Hospitality is seeking a part-time Server for Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn in Lambertville, NJ. The role involves orchestrating food and beverage service for a station of tables and representing the face of the establishment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of fine dining experience, be creative and team-oriented, fluent in English, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the food and beverage service for a station of tables.
• Develop rapport with guests, and offer a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service.
• Must possess knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general.
• Execute the restaurant’s vision and philosophy.
• Improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant’s policies and standards.
