Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs to shoulder height.
• Able to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hours.
• Must be able to observe and differentiate monetary denominations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately upon arrival and acknowledge/thank them at departure.
• Enter orders accurately on the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Suggestively sell and achieve guest check average targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service area.
• Address complaints and requests promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
