A polished demeanor, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Experience in luxury settings is preferred, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication with guests.
• Knowledge of food & beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present the dining experience.
• Take drink orders and follow policy regarding beverage service and tipping rules.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Serve courses promptly with attention to presentation and timing for the table.
• Check on guests during meals and address requests or concerns.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report to management as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, including FLSA tip regulations.
