Who we are looking for:
Server
Jag’s is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and guest-focused Server to join our dedicated team. We are looking for team members who thrive in an upscale fine dining environment and are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience with smooth, efficient, and professional service.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including food, wine, and beverage pairings, and suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Communicate and accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions accurately.
• Promptly and politely address guest concerns and notify management when necessary.
• Execute proper table maintenance, including clearing and resetting.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
• Demonstrate a guest-first and team-oriented attitude at all times.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant serving experience (fine dining preferred).
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling policies and procedures.
• Must be a team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, and maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (arrival times: 4 PM Tuesday–Friday, 3 PM on Saturdays).
• Flexibility with additional seasonal and holiday hours.
