Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain state or local food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine dining standards.
