In this position you will greet guests, take detailed orders, pace courses, and ensure service standards while maintaining a welcoming, organized table environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-starting personality with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• 1 year of casual to fine-dining service experience including cocktail service and full table service.
• Excellent multitasking and customer service skills; able to complete compliance trainings in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests when needed and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper service and allergen awareness.
• Pace courses and coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain flow.
• Maintain an elevated table environment and adhere to Hyatt service standards.
• Operate POS and credit-card systems with accuracy and accountability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; tentative 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
