Job summary

Eddie Merlot's is seeking an experienced server for a part-time, on-site role in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate has solid server experience, strong English communication, and a current alcohol service license.

You will greet guests, explain menu options, take orders, and ensure a hospitality-focused dining experience. Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages with accuracy, upselling when appropriate, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more year’s experience as a Server, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must have a state license to serve alcohol and understand state/local liquor regulations.
• Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage orders, and communicate orders to kitchen and bar.
• Present menus, guide guests through ordering, and upsell menu items.
• Ensure accurate ordering and timely service of courses.
• Audit and present checks; assist with payment and tipping procedures.
• Maintain station cleanliness and restock as needed during service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality.
