Job summary

Eddie Merlot's is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional service in a fine dining setting. You will prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, maintain a clean bar, and collaborate with servers and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Two or more years of bartender experience, preferably in fine dining.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
Must have a state license to serve alcohol and understand state/local liquor regulations.
Strong multitasking and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Complete and pass required training modules for Bartenders and Servers.
Know your work schedule for the week and meet standards for uniform and appearance.
Know beverage and menu options and follow recipes and guidelines.
Greet guests and take beverage orders; prepare and serve drinks.
Maintain a clean, stocked bar and lounge; manage opening/closing duties.
Suggest items and up-sell by explaining specials to guests.
Input food orders accurately and serve appetizers and items per procedures.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and food.
