Qualifications

• Education requires ability to read, write, speak and follow English directions.
• One year of fine dining service or private club server experience (POS familiarity).
• Knowledge of fine dining service, wines, and beverage basics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and arrive on time.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain professional dress and customer-facing demeanor.
• Greet members and guests warmly and use names.
• Guide guests through the dining experience and communicate with staff.
• Close checks accurately and assist with side work.
• Prepare station and set up tables before service.
• Attend pre-shift meetings for daily specials.
