Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a food server in a sit-down dining establishment.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Accept, change, or cancel reservations professionally via in-person and telephone contact.
• Greet and seat guests, take and deliver food orders, and manage meal timing from start to finish.
• Process guest tickets and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening set-up and side-work as directed.
• Adhere to food, beverage, health, liquor, and safety regulations.
• Assist with catering events and other duties as assigned.
