Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Kentucky is seeking a Server for the Red Circle Inn in the Northern region. You will provide friendly service, take orders, explain menu options, and help create a memorable dining experience for guests.

The role requires at least 18 years old, basic math and legible handwriting, plus strong customer service and verbal communication skills. One year of server experience and MICROS/Square POS familiarity are a plus. US work authorization is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders.

• Receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest check and payment method.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments with timely and knowledgeable information.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Server, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, presenting order choices, and maintaining a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive facility and to satisfy state and local health board requirements
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer service
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests
