Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
• Guide guests through menus including drinks and cocktails.
• Make recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
• Deliver table service with speed and accuracy.
• Enter orders into the POS system.
• Coordinate with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff for timely service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready section throughout shifts.
