Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in bar and fine dining preferred.
• Creative, team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Read/write/speak English fluently.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Maintain high service standards and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate food and beverage service for tables and bar guests.
• Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Build rapport with guests for a personalized experience.
• Manage bar inventory and payments accurately.
