The ideal candidate has a passion for fine dining, strong customer service, and a professional appearance. Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage and the passion to cultivate this skill.
• Displays a confident and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests by applying Harvest Way.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform, punching in/out as required.
• Promote teamwork within the restaurant to create a positive work environment.
• Execute all necessary steps of service correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Provide exemplary service by applying knowledge of service and menus.
• Respond positively to guest requests.
