Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform duties per Service, Food, Beverage, and Wine manuals.
• Perform all side work for assigned station.
• Participate in Pre-Shift meetings and learn new menu items.
• Welcome guests and ensure responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
• Answer questions about the menu, wine list or other guest inquiries.
• Liaise with server to ensure communication about guest wants and needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room.
• Stock and organize linen.
• Polish china, glass and silverware.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment at all times.
