Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized and able to expedite multiple orders.
• Ability to service a twelve-table station during typical service demand.
• Strong working knowledge of the micros ordering system and check processing.
• Good communication; relay guest feedback to supervisor.
• Must be motivated, a self-starter and able to identify projects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather and carry loaded trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist servers to provide a personable fine dining experience.
• Assist with water service, bread service, and course removal.
• Set up and stock service stations; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and comply with service standards.
• Support servers to ensure all dining tables are set to standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
