Job summary

Bourbon Steak, part of Mina Group, is seeking a Server Assistant to help deliver memorable fine-dining experiences. You’ll support the service team with energy, attention to detail, and hospitality in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in upscale dining, strong communication, and a team-focused approach, with the ability to move up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. We offer medical/dental/vision, commuter benefits, meals, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high volume atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless service in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
• Assist servers and bussing as part of the service team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining area.
