Job summary

Bourbon Steak in Los Angeles is seeking a Server Assistant to help set the stage for memorable dining experiences within a high-volume, fine dining setting. You will support the service team with energy, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Prior busser or server assistant experience is valued, and you must be able to stand and lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high volume atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless service in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
• Assist servers and other team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at service stations.
