Job summary

Thompson Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for L'Auberge Chez François in Great Falls, VA. You will lead daily Front-of-House operations, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and seamless coordination with culinary teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training and developing staff, and maintaining high standards across reservations, seating, and service during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fine dining, upscale, or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with a polished presence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front-of-House operations upholding high standards of service and guest experience.
• Be an engaged leader on the floor, ensuring warm, polished, personalized service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and other Front-of-House staff.
• Set clear expectations for service standards, professionalism, appearance, and performance.
