HOAMCO is seeking a Restaurant & Banquet Manager for Seasons at Seven Canyons in Sedona, AZ. This role leads front-of-house operations, elevates guest experiences, and drives wine program excellence within a luxury club setting.

You will recruit and train staff, oversee inventory and cost controls, and partner with the Executive Chef and Events Director to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in fine dining or private clubs.
• Proven ability to train staff in hospitality and wine service.
• Strong guest-relations mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost management and POS tech.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations with a focus on service excellence.
• Lead front-of-house teams, recruit, train and mentor staff in wine pairing.
• Develop and manage wine program, inventory and supplier relations.
• Control costs, optimize profitability, and coordinate with culinary leadership.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and events to boost patronage.
