Job summary

Sexy Roman, a bold modern Italian restaurant located in the W Scottsdale, is seeking a Pastry Cook to craft handmade gelatos, sorbet, pastries and cookies in a fast-paced, high-energy setting alongside a team of hospitality professionals.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of fine-dining or hotel pastry experience, strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays. Alliance Hospitality Group offers competitive pay and dining benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Pastry production experience with handmade gelatos, sorbet, pastry, custard and cookies.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
