Job summary

Spago Maui, part of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, is seeking a passionate Line Cook to join its back-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen. You will work with a world-class culinary team to deliver precision, consistency, and beautifully plated dishes in an elevated resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of line cook experience in a fine dining environment.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to exacting quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes, prep lists and station guidelines accurately.
• Collaborate with other cooks, sous chefs and the executive chef.
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized work area per health standards.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.
