Experience: 2+ years on a sauté & grill station in fine dining or luxury resort; ability to lift 50 lbs; strong communication. Scheduling: 2pm–10pm shifts, weekends and holidays; compensation $25–$30/hour with full Hyatt benefits.

• 2+ years on a sauté & grill station in a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex recipes and manage high-volume production stations.
• Maintain impeccable food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Support team leadership and step in for supervision when needed.
• Prep and cook proteins, sauces, and composed dishes with accuracy.
