Alila Marea Beach Resort is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our hotel kitchen team in Encinitas, CA. You will work on a single station, delivering quality dishes and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Alila Marea Beach Resort is a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt. It is located in North County, San Diego, just 32 miles north of San Diego International Airport, and central to Encinitas, one of the most charming seaside towns that dot California’s iconic Coastal Highway 101.

An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $25.74. This is the pay range for this position that Alila Marea reasonably expects to pay.
