Job summary

Sartiano's is seeking a skilled PM line cook to set up and stock their station, prep for night service, and cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team. You will ensure quality, timing, and presentation while maintaining a professional kitchen culture.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of line cook experience, fluent English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Daily responsibilities include safety, inventory rotation, and collaboration with dining room staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Line Cook experience or similar.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to maintain professional demeanor and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock station; prepare for night service.
• Cook and plate menu items to recipe, quality, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver guest experiences.
• Understand ingredients and prep methods for consistency.
• Manage your shift, station readiness, and communication.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO standards.
• Assist with deliveries, rotate inventory, and minimize waste.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues.
• Support teammates during peak periods and trainings.
• Participate in tastings and menu changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
