Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL – COWBOYS CLUB seeks a Line Cook to deliver quick, high-quality service in a fine dining setting at The Star in Frisco, TX. You will handle diverse duties and uphold sanitation standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires culinary training or equivalent fast-paced restaurant experience, the ability to multi-task, and strong teamwork. On-site work with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Culinary training or experience in fast-paced fine dining preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a team-oriented setting.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds and work extended hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisors' assignments for opening/closing procedures and food preparation.
• Prepare food items per portion size and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures for safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Participate as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, service, and delivery of product.
• Maintain sanitation of utensils and cookware.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
