Eddie Merlot's in the United States is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will set up your station, prepare high-quality dishes, and follow Eddie Merlot’s recipes and safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, handling food allergies, and collaborating with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service

Qualifications

• One or more year of line cook experience, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Experience operating grills, broilers, fryers, sauté burners, convection ovens, and flat-top ranges.
• Able to read and communicate in English; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up station and carry out food preparation assignments.
• Produce high-quality dishes following Eddie Merlot’s standard recipes, portion control, and timing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work station throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist other stations as needed; attend team meetings.
• Prepare dishes for guests with food allergies or intolerances; follow safety procedures.
