Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional communication and social skills with guests.
• Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them.
• Take beverage and food orders accurately.
• Deliver orders and communicate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide menu guidance, upsell items, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Present checks and process payments with accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized station and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support guest experience.
• Adhere to Eddie Merlot's policies, procedures, and safety standards.
