Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian is seeking a Line Cook to manage a cook station, prep and plate menu items, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. You will communicate orders and ensure quality aligns with our standards.

The role requires familiarity with kitchen procedures, adherence to policies, and teamwork to create an energetic, collaborative environment in a vibrant South Florida dining setting.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, products, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Possess a valid food handlers certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards with a 90%+ audit score.
• Communicates menu items and specials to front-of-house staff with accuracy.
• Prepares and plates items according to quality standards 100% of the time.
• Communicates orders to station cooks with 100% accuracy.
• Completes end-of-shift procedures with accuracy.
