Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Line Cook to deliver quick, high-quality service within a fine-dining culinary environment at the AT&T Discovery District. The role emphasizes proper food temperatures, sanitation, and teamwork to ensure timely, excellent culinary products.

You will follow opening/closing procedures, maintain equipment and kitchen cleanliness, and work a schedule that includes events, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+ with culinary background or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Culinary training or fast-paced, high-volume fine dining/catering experience preferred; line experience with à la carte service ideal.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by chefs or supervisors.
• Prepare food according to portion guidelines, quality standards, and policies.
• Maintain proper food temperatures consistently.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all work areas.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness including shelves, walls, floors, and drains.
• Support high-quality preparation, service excellence, and timely delivery of dishes.
• Ensure sanitation of dining and cooking utensils and tools.
• Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment to prevent damage or injury.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
